Currently we are hiring Oracle EBS / Fusion HCM/HRMS functional consultants and below is the job description for your review.
Role: COE for Oracle Fusion HCM / HRMS Practice
Location : Chennai
Years of Exp: 6 to 15 Years
Education : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience.
Job Description & Skill
*Oracle application experience with various HCM / HRMS modules including Core HR, Payroll, Self Service, Performance Management, etc
*Over 5 - 10 years of experience in IT areas as a Techno functional / Functional in ERP, Oracle Apps / Fusion implementations.
*Experience with configuration and setups for Oracle HCM/HRMS modules
*Experience with software applications, reports, preparing and maintaining Functional implementation documents
*To manage and implement ERP system rollouts
*Working with clients, manage overall coordination of client ERP projects, from planning through implementation.
*Set project scope, priorities, deadlines and deliverable schedules etc
*Must be detailed orientated and customer focused.
*Must have experience in Process Mapping techniques
*Ability to work/interact with all levels of management and staff
*Good to have Oracle Fusion implementation experience
*Proven leadership ability in leading and driving complex projects.
*Competencies within the ERP domain
*Experience with team management and leadership
*Strong presentation and communication skills
*Excellent Project Management experience would be a plus.
*Proficient in understanding Application Design, Configuration/module setup and documentation of functional documents
*Should have worked of at least 2 - 3 implementations
*Should have worked in Onsite and Offshore model environment
*Team player with positive attitude.
