Knowledge on R12 implementation and upgrade .. Expert knowledge on Oracle HRMS core modules, self service, Absences, Payroll .. Able to develop new forms, reports .. Exposure on BI Tools .. Ability to develop interfaces with 3rd party Systems .. Ability to work independently and work with client .. Experience in Support Projects and following project SLA's
