	Job Title: Oracle Enterprise Applications - HRMS & Payroll Reporting to: SVP-HR Qualification: CA / MBA / pG Experience: 8 to 15 Years Grade / Level: DGM/AGM Job Description: Ensure the Oracle EBS - HRMS & payroll - operational issues are elimination/minimised. Ensure appropriate application landscape and process migration activities. Support Management's requirements by utilizing Oracle EBS HRMS & PAyroll Tools in the best possible Manner. Ensure that End-user Training is sufficient to ensure minimal usage gaps. Facilitate the Oracle functional Consultants, Oracle Super Users to ensure minimal difficulties in EBS usage. Coordinate with IT Team, External vendors for any Development, debugging, migration related activities. Skills:. HR Professional with minimum 4 years of Oracle EBS HRMS & Payroll experience with implementation experience. Should be able to manage Oracle Functional Consultants & also guide various teams. He should be a Techno-functional expert & Super consultant. Should be clear in concepts, capable of understanding the complexities & explaining them in easy to understand manner. Advanced Knowledgeable on Oracle EBS HRMS & Payroll Features & capabilities. Should have highly analytical, problem solving, trouble shouting, software debugging capabilities.
