Job Description
· 9+ years of relevant experience Oracle EBS Experience with strong Manufacturing domain knowledge
· 2-3 Full life cycle Implementation of implementing combination of Oracle EBS SCM - OM & Distribution modules in Release 12: Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Record-to-Report (RTR), Inventory, Purchasing, Shipping, Global Order Promising (GOP), Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables – Required Skills
· Advanced Supply Chain Planning ,Mobile Supply Chain ,Advanced Pricing, iSupplier, iProcurement, Costing or Configurator – Good to have skills
· Identifying, writing, managing business requirements for Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management – Order Management/ Distribution implementations (Oracle R12).
· Prototyping and process design of Oracle EBS implementations (Including scenario design, flow mapping)
· Leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process enhancements, Functional & technical design, supporting function configurations, customization, reports and interfaces, testing and user training
· In-depth understanding of the processes and well versed with implementation methodology and its phases
· Good communication, client interaction and analytical skills
· Strong presentation skills and stakeholder management skills
· Problem Solving and troubleshooting
· Mentoring Junior staff
· Management of small-to-medium IT projects from inception to sustainment, production support to business users
